The Over-35 Men final will be a battle between Victorians and West Australians, after Micheal Pinney (Port Lonsdale, Vic) and Benjamin Pitts (Mt. Martha, Vic) tore through semi-final one, while Justin Redman (Dunsborough, WA) and Scott Trew (Mullaloo, WA) took the top two spots in their respective semi-final. All aforementioned surfers posted wave scores in excess of 7.00 (out of a possible ten points) to take the coveted finals spots.
